Hi, I’am Hala! I believe that a therapeutic relationship can be a bridge back to ourselves and offer a safe, grounding space in the world. I understand how experiences of trauma and oppression can deeply affect our sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being. In therapy, we can co-create a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, learn healthy coping strategies, and forge a path forward that aligns with your values. I view therapy as a way to unlock the wisdom, resilience, and capacity for growth that we already possess.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based frameworks, allowing me to create a tailored experience for each client. I work with individuals who are facing anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, grief, life transitions, and workplace stress, among others. I look forward to meeting you wherever you are in your journey!
