Collaborative
We welcome individual adults who are seeking to heal and thrive, and willing to take the steps to get there. Clients will work with an Eau Therapist to understand the distress, identify goals for therapy and do the work to heal, both in and outside of sessions.
Trauma-Informed
We seek to understand the root causes of your distress, including past events and early patterns. When you’re ready, we explore those roots gently and intentionally. All of our work is grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches to trauma recovery.
Holistic
Our approach honours the whole person: your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, relationships, and the wisdom of your body. We support you in using tools and practices to regulate and heal, both inside and outside the therapy room.
Value-Driven
We don’t just focus on what’s wrong. We help you clarify what matters to you—your values, purpose, and hopes—and walk with you as you begin to align your life toward them. For many, this includes a connection to faith, which we hold with respect and openness.
Psycho-Educational
We take time to explain the tools and methods we use, offering you education and strategies that honour your autonomy. You’ll leave each session better equipped to carry your healing forward into daily life.
Choice-Based and Ethical
We adhere to the highest ethical standards under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), with deep respect for your privacy, autonomy, and readiness.
